Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the
relationship between you and Oaktree UK LTD shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Oaktree UK LTD and you agree
to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
