Ordering Online
In order to purchase product from our website, you must be a trade customer just click on the Apply for an Account at the top right had side of the website and fill out the application form.
We will approve your account providing you meet the trade criteria.
How it works
Once logged you will be able to view all the product prices and you can place an order by adding items to your basket.
(please note that the minimum order is £75 + VAT).
When you have submitted your order it will then go for picking.
You can add to or amend your order after submitting an order, just email, telephone or fax us with your additions/amendments.
We will contact you by email or telephone with an order total and advise you of shortages if any.
Once payment has been made your goods will be dispatched and delivery is next day via ANC-FedexUK.
International customers are subject to shipping charges, we will inform you of a cost based on your order or service required.
Please Note: Although our internet site refers to Account it is not a credit account. Payment methods: Credit/Debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

UK Mainland £6.50 Shipping is free on orders above £250 UK Mainland only
Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) £15 per parcel up to 30Kg
Ireland Republic of £15 per parcel up to 30Kg
Northern Ireland £15 per parcel up to 30Kg
Isle of Wight £14 per parcel up to 30Kg
Belgium, Luxembourg & Netherlands £16.50 per parcel up to 30Kg
Denmark, France, Germany & Monaco £16.50 per parcel up to 30Kg
Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Sardinia & Sicily £29 per parcel up to 30Kg
Norway, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, £40 per parcel up to 30Kg
Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Malta, San Marino & Switzerland £40 per parcel up to 30Kg
All prices are +VAT and are subject to fuel surcharge fluctuations.
If you are having problems logging in
Enter this address into your browser http://www.oaktreeuk.co.uk/account/login.cfm , if this fails you are entering an incorrect username or password.
The username and password are case sensitive so if your username is for example: guest and you enter Guest you will not login.
If you cannot remember your password please click the Forgot password Link and enter your username and email address.
You will receive an email with a new password made up of numbers, after logging in you can then change your password.
Failing this please contact us by telephone or email and we will reset your account and provide you with a username and password.
